How to Make Top Sites Your Homepage

Setting a useful top site such as Google, Youtube, Yahoo or MSN as your homepage may help your productivity. Most browsers have default homepages that are irrelevant to their users. For example, Mozilla Firefox sets their official webpage as their homepage. Setting a top site as your homepage is similar to setting a regular webpage as your homepage. It only takes a matter of seconds is relatively easy to do.

Double-click your web browser such as Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer or Safari.

Type the top site's webpage address into your web address bar and press "Enter."

Left-click on "Tools" on your toolbar menu for Internet Explorer users and left-click "Internet Options." Left-click "General" on the tab bar menu and select "Use Current."

Left-click on "Edit" on your toolbar menu for Safari users and left-click "Preferences." Left-click "General" on the tab bar menu and select "Use Current."

Left-click on "Tools" on your toolbar menu and select "Options" for Mozilla Firefox users. Select "Use Current."

Select "Ok" for Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer and Safari users to exit out of the settings window and apply the webpage as your homepage.
